Plants for everyone! We believe in helping to provide the right plant, for the right space in your home, office or business. No matter the size or budget Urban Planting Cleveland has a plant for everyone!
Founded in 2017
After years working in different facets of the interior plant industry Elio Calabrese founded Urban Planting Cleveland. A love of plants, some yard space and grow lights in the basement is where it all began. Pop up shops and events throughout the city helped fuel the beginnings. Lots of traveling and spreading of love for plants got our name out there.
Our First Storefront
In 2019 after some time of working pop up shops and selling from a small studio space it became time for our first storefront on Clifton! The Clifton space was very small, but was everything you could have hoped for in a first storefront.
Tremont Shop
After quickly outgrowing our Clifton shop we were approached with a wonderful opportunity of a brand new storefront! With floor to ceiling windows, temperature we can control and additional parking it was too good to pass up.
Urban Planting Cleveland - Today
Over the years Urban Planting has adapted to many challenges, grown and evolved into much more than a pop up shop tent. Aside from our storefront we have plants in over 20 businesses throughout the city, countless event rentals and a growing wholesale operation.
If you pour your heart into anything and refuse to fail- anything is possible! From day one our mission has always been “plants for everyone”.
